The building was known as the Infinity until his inauguration : a new name - a reference to the name of the company- developer. The building height of 307 meters ( 75 floors) located on the waterfront of Dubai Marina. There facing the lower part , while the upper floors overlook the Arabian Gulf : a variety of species achieved by a reversal of the tower at 90 degrees, if you compare the first and last floor.

This decision - not only the wish of developers who want to quickly sell all 495 apartments ( ranging in size from one to four bedrooms ) , this configuration reduces the wind pressure on the tower. Facades of buildings of reinforced concrete covered with perforated screens that protect the interior from the sun's heat.

All communications are arranged in a circular in cross-section , " rod " and built next to it , so they are exactly vertical , and the shape of the building are not affected . Nor does it affect spaced around the perimeter of support : they are tilted about the same angle . But corner columns and supports are located inside the tower rotate with increasing elevation.

Developers emphasize that Cayan Tower - the tallest " curving " tower in the world : it is higher than the previous record holder, the tower " The turning torso " in Malmo ( 190 m), designed by Santiago Calatrava.
